Know Before You Go

  1. Reserve your spot

    Register Early

    Save money by registering well in advance. Members of the Health & Fitness Association can save on their registration fees. Find out more about membership here.

  2. Check-In

    Pick Up Your Badge On-Site

    Pick up your badge at The HFA Show registration desk upon arrival, and then wear it everywhere. It is required for entry into all sessions, events, receptions, and the trade show.

  3. Choose your pass

    Are you attending the Conference, Trade Show or Both?

    Before coming to the event, explore the website or app for all the activities available to you, and decide which of the following you want to purchase:

    • A conference pass, which gives you access to the keynotes, sessions in eight tracks, trade show, many networking events, and the early morning workouts
    • A trade show pass, which gives you access to the trade show, sessions just in the Industry Partner track, and early morning workouts. 

    We recommend you purchase your package in advance for the best pricing. 

  4. Manage your activities

    The HFA app allows you to easily engage and network with other attendees, build your schedule in advance with personalized tracks to suit your needs, and interact with the trade show floor map and find exhibitors.

    Set Goals and Create a Plan to Meet Them

    Ensure you attend the networking events and have questions related to your needs ready to ask various people you meet. If you are coming to buy equipment, use the app or website to map out which vendors you want to meet. If you need expertise about a certain issue, use the app or website to find education sessions speaking to those issues.
