Official HFA Show partner hotels are located primarily within the Mandalay Bay Resort, which is the location of The HFA Show 2025. Reservations require a deposit of one night’s stay per room and tax to be charged on or after February 14, 2025. This deposit is refunded for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled after January 31, 2025, will be charged a $50 cancellation penalty.
