HFA’s discounted hotel rooms will be subject to availability until Tuesday, February 14, 2025, or until a hotel sells out, whichever comes first. You are encouraged to make your reservation as early as possible. After February 14, the official HFA room blocks will be released and the hotels will charge significantly higher rates. All rates are per room, per night; hotels may charge additional fees for rooms with more than two occupants. Special requests should be provided in the request area while booking your reservation and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Reservations required a deposit of one night’s stay per room and tax to be charged on or after February 9, 2026. This deposit is refunded for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled after January 31, 2026, will be charged a $50 cancellation penalty.
