Chris began his fitness industry career with CycleBar’s early franchise model, where he developed and implemented successful sales systems for multiple studios. That experience inspired him to launch The Sales Arms, a company dedicated to ensuring consistent lead follow-up and sales performance so fitness franchise owners can focus on delivering exceptional in-studio experiences. With over a decade of sales leadership—from Membership Sales Specialist to VP of Sales for the largest Xponential Fitness franchisee—Chris has helped revive underperforming studios and drive growth across diverse markets. Based in New Jersey, he leads The Sales Arms team, teaching proven strategies in sales, lead management, and operational excellence for fitness businesses nationwide.
