Zeynep Sirel Firat is Co-CEO of Mars Athletic, one of Türkiye’s leading health, fitness and wellness companies. She joined Mars Athletic in 2013 as COO & CFO and has played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution across its MAC, MACFit and NUSPA brands, as well as its digital wellness platform, MAC+. She was appointed Co-CEO in 2023, bringing extensive experience in finance, operations and business leadership to the role. Prior to Mars Athletic, Zeynep held senior positions at Biletix – Ticketmaster Türkiye and Beymen Group, following the start of her career in audit at EY. She holds a degree from Middle East Technical University.
