Which airport should I travel into?

Amsterdam Aisport Schiphol (AMS) is located 35 km (approximately 40 minutes) from the Beurs van Berlage.

Will food be available during the event?

As a part of the program, lunch will be offered on 2-3 October along with coffee and tea breaks each day. In addition, an opening reception will occur on 2 October with light hors d'oeuvres and drinks. 

Is parking available at the Beurs van Berlage?

The best parking options nearby are Parking Centrum Oosterdok and IJDock Parking Garage. Both are within walking distance of the Beurs van Berlage.

What will the weather be like?

Amsterdam weather in October is generally cooler with a mix of sun along with the possibility of rain. Daytime temperatures are usually enjoyable with an average high of 15 degrees Celsius (58 degrees Fahrenheit), and evenings tend to be cooler with an average low of 8 degrees Celsius (45 degrees Fahrenheit).

What is the dress code?

Typical event attire is casual to business casual. Meeting rooms are often cooler, so we recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket. 

For those participating in the optional club tours, casual or athleisure is acceptable. No open-toe shoes or flip flops are allowed.

What is the best way to access event information and see the schedule onsite?

The HFA app is the best way to receive and send communications while onsite as well as to view and customize your schedule. Details on how to access it will be emailed to all attendees in mid-September.
