Mike Goscinski leads all advocacy efforts at the federal and state levels for the Health & Fitness Association. Since joining the association in 2022, he has become the industry’s first registered federal lobbyist and has played a key role in shaping legislation around fitness, including wins on consumer protection, liability reform, data privacy, and the inclusion of structured exercise in obesity treatment policies. Prior to HFA, Goscinski spent over a decade in government affairs with the National Automatic Merchandising Association. He lives in Washington, DC, and is a dedicated advocate for public health and physical activity.
