Melda is the VP of Corporate Development at Urban Sports Club / Wellhub, where she leads strategy development for Urban Sports Club, one of Europe's leading corporate wellness platforms. She is based in Berlin. Before joining Urban Sports Club, Melda spent eight years at adidas building expertise in Brand Strategy, prior to which she worked at the Boston Consulting Group. This blend of brand acumen and consulting rigor shapes how she thinks about community and cultural relevance in sport and wellness. A former competitive tennis athlete, Melda brings a genuine passion for sport and fitness to her work — remaining an active fitness enthusiast and living out the mission of getting people moving.
