Magdalena Szwed is Product Development Director at Zdrofit (Benefit Systems), one of the largest fitness operators in Central and Eastern Europe. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, she focuses on building and scaling fitness products across large club networks, connecting product strategy, customer experience, operations and technology. Her work centers on how fitness operators can evolve beyond the traditional gym model, developing scalable concepts, new training experiences and integrated fitness & wellbeing solutions that drive engagement, retention and sustainable business growth. Magdalena brings the perspective of an operator working at scale, translating global trends and changing consumer behaviors into solutions that can be implemented across diverse markets and club formats. She is particularly interested in the future of fitness ecosystems, product innovation at scale, personalization and the growing intersection between fitness, wellbeing and health.
