Kerry Curtis is Chief Commercial Officer at Total Fitness, leading the intersection of product, brand, marketing, digital experience, insight and revenue. With a career spanning fitness, hospitality and travel, she specialises in translating customer insight into commercially successful propositions and experiences that drive loyalty, growth and long-term value.
Kerry has led some of Total Fitness’ most impactful innovations, including the launch of its women-only gym concept, swim academy, digital member journeys and new product categories. Her work focuses on understanding what customers value most and turning that into differentiated products, seamless customer experiences and high performing marketing strategies that strengthen brand connection and commercial performance. A regular speaker on consumer behaviour, brand strategy and the future of fitness, Kerry brings a distinctive perspective on building brands and customer journeys that people choose to return to and invest more in.
