From grassroots trainer to international keynote speaker, business owner, and educator, Joanne Groves has spent over 38 years inspiring positive change in how the fitness industry leads, coaches, and communicates. She is the owner of Jo’s Movement Hub, Consultant, and Course Director at Faster Health and Fitness, where she supports team culture and leads education programmes that help trainers coach the unique person in front of them. Drawing on a background in acting, Joanne co-developed the Three C’s of Success: Communication, Craft and Consistency, focusing on leadership and culture at club level. Her work helps clubs attract, develop and retain personal trainers, strengthening team culture, improving member experience, increasing referrals and repeat business, and reducing attrition.
