Harry is a wellbeing expert and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in the fitness & hospitality industries. He has worked to bring multiple wellness brands to market that cross consumer, FMCG, ed-tech and real estate.
As a former performance coach with an illustrious clientele; he has optimised performance and wellbeing for CEOs, celebrities, and politicians alike, developing one-on-one lifestyle programmes (from training to sleep, recovery and nutrition plans) for senior leaders at Nike, Apple, Twitter, Chelsea FC, and 2.5 years with the serving UK Prime Minister. Harry is also a Wellness Editor at The Times with a monthly column and sits on the advisory board of two UK venture capital funds.
Day to day Harry is founder & CEO of Pillar Wellbeing. A luxury wellness brand with private wellness members clubs in key global flagship locations (with the first at Raffles London at The OWO), a consultancy arm that works with global real-estate developers and corporates, a branded residential division focused on wellness real estate and restaurant group, Pillar Kitchen in partnership with 2 Michelin Star Chef Jason Atherton.
Harry is also a very proud ambassador/trustee for Tom’s Trust and hopes to raise both funds and awareness to help children and families suffering from brain tumours.
