Florian Cartoux is the EMEA director at Health & Fitness Association (HFA), leading the organization’s strategic engagement across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a strong background in international advocacy, public affairs, and association leadership, Florian drives HFA’s mission to elevate the fitness, health, and wellness sectors through policy influence, stakeholder collaboration, and industry development.

Florian works closely with governments, institutions, and industry leaders to position physical activity as a cornerstone of public health and sustainable economic growth. He plays a key role in shaping HFA’s regional priorities, forging cross-sector partnerships, and supporting members with insights, advocacy, and regulatory guidance tailored to the EMEA landscape.

With extensive experience in both the non-profit and commercial arenas, Florian brings a global perspective and a results-driven approach to advancing the fitness industry’s voice and impact.
