Dr. Hussain Al-Zubaidi is a general practitioner with an extended role in lifestyle medicine. He has always endeavored to take a holistic view on healthcare and is the personalized care lead for the Leamington PCN delivering a number of population health interventions. He is the RCGP’s lifestyle and physical activity champion, heads the UK’s first PCN-based fitness club, appears as a TV doctor on “This Morning” and “Good Morning, Britain,” works for parkrun as its Health Partnerships lead, is a trustee at ThinkActive (regional active partnership), and sits on the advisory board for SWIM England. When not working, Al-Zubaidi is a keen triathlete, representing his country.
