Amir Lafdaigui is a Human Movement Scientist, educator, and CEO of Mind To Move—an academic spin-off and innovative startup that integrates medicine, neuroscience, and lifestyle interventions to prevent chronic disease and promote healthy longevity.
As co-founder, Amir leads a multidisciplinary team of medical doctors, neuroscientists, psychologists, and nutritionists in developing evidence-based strategies for health optimization. A graduate in Exercise Science from SUISM – University of Turin, he has taught at several Italian universities and currently serves as Scientific Committee Member, Educational Director, and Lecturer for the University of Turin’s postgraduate program Mind&Move Health Specialist.
Previously an international master trainer and keynote speaker for global brands including Life Fitness, Mondo, and TriggerPoint, Amir has trained thousands of health professionals across Europe, the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. His mission is to bridge scientific research and real-world application—redefining movement as one of humanity’s oldest and most powerful forms of medicine.
