FreemanOnline

Freeman is the official contractor for The HFA Show, and you will work with them directly for most of the necessary show services and support. FreemanOnline is Freeman's online portal where orders are submitted and includes other important planning information. Please make sure to access and review at your earliest convenience.

Employee Registration, Attendee List, & Lead Retrieval

 Convention Data Services (CDS) is the official registration service provider for The HFA Show 2026. You will manage all your exhibitor registration services through the Exhibitor Registration Portal. Each exhibitor receives four (4) Exhibitor Badges per 100-square-feet of contracted exhibit space, and (2) all access Exhibitor       Convention Badges, regardless of square footage contracted. 

           Manage the following services within the Exhibitor Registration Portal:

  • Register four (4) employees per 100-square-feet of contracted exhibit space for Exhibitor Badges
  • Register two (2) employees ONLY for Full Convention Badges
  • Purchase additional Exhibitor Badges and Full Convention Badges for employees at discounted rates
  • Create a unique promo code valid for FREE Trade Show entry that you can distribute in your marketing to customers and prospects
  • Download the pre-registered attendee list in real-time
  • Lead retrieval tools, including lead capture hardware/app options, a website for exhibitors to retrieve and manage leads, and experienced sales and onsite support

      BUYER BEWARE! Don’t be fooled by ANY organizations or individuals claiming to sell our attendee list. HFA does not sell the attendee list or provide the email address of our attendees. Any contact you receive that claims to sell the HFA attendee list is fraudulent.


Discounted Hotel Rooms & Meeting Space Requests

 Take advantage of The HFA Show discounted room rates. Requests for 10 or more guest rooms, suites, and meeting spaces must be submitted in writing to HFA for review and approval. 

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t be fooled by ANY organizations or individuals claiming to be assisting our attendees with hotel room reservations. These organizations are not endorsed nor affiliated with HFA. We recommend reserving your room directly through the reservation link provided on the official HFA Show 2026 Travel Page.
