Regardless of your company's size, type, country of origin, product, or service, you are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming HFA and its Agents as Additional Insureds on your policy during the period of March 10-15, 2025.
Completed COIs must be uploaded within two weeks of securing booth space.
Any company requiring assistance to obtain the proper insurance, as well as any non-US-based companies, can get an affordable show specific policy.
The additional insured details must read as indicated on the sample below. In most cases you can forward this sample to your insurance company and they will include the required information on your behalf.
In addition, any Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) retained by an exhibiting company, must also complete and send to HFA a COI.
