Freeman is the official contractor for The HFA Show, and you will work with them directly for most of the necessary services and support. FreemanOnline is Freeman's online portal where orders are submitted and includes other important planning information.

This includes detailed deadlines for required items and compliance matters related to your booth, such as HFA requirements not on FreemanOnline. Please review it immediately to get up to speed on time-sensitive, required submissions.
As the event venue, Mandalay Bay is the exclusive vendor for certain show services. These services include Electrical, Internet, Cleaning, Food & Beverage, Audio/Visual, and rigging services utilizing motors or in excess of 200 pounds. For your convenience, they have a website available for easy ordering, as well as customer service support for any questions you may have. A full list of services, as well as designations on exclusivity, is available on their site. Mandalay Bay’s discount pricing deadline is February 20, 2025.

Convention Data Services (CDS) is the official registration service provider for The HFA Show 2025. You will manage all your exhibitor registration services through the Exhibitor Registration Portal. Each exhibitor receives four (4) Exhibitor Badges per 100-square-feet of contracted exhibit space.

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t be fooled by ANY organizations or individuals claiming to sell our attendee list. HFA does not sell the attendee list or provide the email address of our attendees. Any contact you receive that claims to sell the HFA attendee list is fraudulent.
Take advantage of The HFA Show discounted room rates. Requests for 10 or more guest rooms, suites, and meeting spaces must be submitted in writing to HFA for review and approval.
